My work grows out of the rehearsal room. I direct theatre, teach, write, and coach, often overlapping in the same space, and I’m most interested in what happens when creative ambition meets thoughtful structure. I work across theatre-making, education, and leadership, directing ambitious productions, building drama programs, and mentoring young artists to work with confidence, discipline, and curiosity. At the centre of everything I do is a commitment to clarity, challenge, and making creative work that genuinely matters to the people creating it.
Much of my work grows through collaboration. I’m always interested in conversations with people and institutions who care about thoughtful, ambitious creative work, whether that’s in a rehearsal room, a classroom, or somewhere in between.
