Coaching has been at the core of my practice from the very beginning. I started with one-on-one music lessons in my late teens, and over time this developed into coaching performers, student leaders, and educators across disciplines and cultures. Throughout my work, I focus on clarity, trust, and helping people do meaningful work at a higher level.
In practice, this includes:
One-on-one coaching for performers, directors, and student leaders.
Leading workshops in acting, ensemble work, improvisation, and creative process.
Mentoring assistant directors, stage managers, and emerging educators.
Designing and delivering professional development for drama teachers.
I’ve worked internationally in the UK, the Netherlands, Singapore, and Thailand, within highly diverse educational and cultural contexts. I’m increasingly focused on developing international workshops for drama educators, particularly around curriculum design, ensemble leadership, and building sustainable, ambitious theatre programs that work across cultures and school systems.
